滑雪課程條款與細則

Precautions for attending class

  • Classroom language options include Chinese, Cantonese, or English.

  • Ski instructors hold international certifications such as PSAI/AASI (USA), CASI/CSIA (Canada), or SBINZ/NZSIA (New Zealand).

  • If you require a specific coach to provide lessons, the fee will start from ¥10,000 (calculated per day), depending on the coach's qualifications and level.

  • For those who do not specify a coach, the most suitable coach will be assigned. Our company may adjust the coach assignment during the course without prior notice, and participants shall not object.

  • The main locations for lessons are Wulong and Iwadake. If lessons are to be taught at a designated ski resort, an additional fee will be charged, starting from ¥15,000. Please indicate this in the remarks section of the form.

  • Ski lessons are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, depending on whether it's snowboard or ski. Please confirm your skiing level when registering.

  • The classes are offered in two formats: private one-on-one tutoring and group tutoring, with a maximum of 6 people in a group.

  • The course is limited to children aged 4 and above. For children aged 4 to 6, one-on-one private lessons are recommended to ensure safety and learning effectiveness.

  • Classes for children under 12 years old can have a maximum of 3 students. Parents are advised to accompany their children to class to help care for them and handle any emergencies.

  • All participants must purchase their own travel insurance and provide proof of the policy before the course begins.

Cancel and Change

  • Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellation, refund, transfer, or any form of change is not permitted, and fees already paid are non-refundable.

  • If you need to change or reschedule your course, you must apply at least 14 days before the start of the course and pay a handling fee of ¥15,000.

  • If you need to cancel the course due to special circumstances, you must apply for a refund via email. After confirmation, the remaining amount, after deducting processing fees, will be refunded within 2 weeks. Refund terms are as follows:

    • Cancellation within 30 days: No refunds will be given.

    • Cancellation 30 days or more in advance: 75% refund (25% deducted).

    • No refunds will be given for absences on the day of class.

  • The deducted amount cannot be used for other services or reserved for future use.

Disclaimer

  • If the ski resort is closed due to weather or natural disasters, or if the course cannot be held due to safety factors, the tuition fee will be fully refunded after deducting a handling fee of ¥15,000. No other compensation will be provided.

  • No refund will be given if a participant's misconduct (such as insulting the coach, leaving without permission, violating safety regulations, or disobeying the coach's instructions) leads to the termination of the class.

  • Our company reserves the right to adjust, postpone, suspend, or cancel courses due to weather, snow conditions, venue, safety considerations, coaching arrangements, or other force majeure events. In the event of any changes, our company will notify participants as soon as possible within a reasonable scope and will handle the matter in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy.

  • Participants fully understand that skiing and related courses involve certain risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss or damage to property, and agree to assume all risks and responsibilities that may arise from participation in the course. Except for losses caused by the company's intentional or gross negligence, participants agree not to make any claims for damages or other legal claims against the company for losses caused by the aforementioned risks.

  • The Company shall not be liable for or compensate for any delays or cancellations of services caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, strike, war, etc.), equipment failure, or any other reason beyond its control.

  • The company reserves the right to make the final decision on all terms and conditions and their interpretation, and participants shall not object.

  • This disclaimer will be updated from time to time and published on the website. By continuing to use this website, participants are deemed to have accepted the latest terms.
